Bicycling

I have a few bicycles at the moment:

• A Seven Sola mountain bike, in my opinion the finest mountain bike ever built.
• A Schwinn 4-banger full-suspension mountain bike, good for bashing into rocks.
• An Independent Fabrications roadbike that is too nice to ride as infrequently as I do.

I've done a number of mountain biking trips with Escape Adventures:

• Utah in 2000 and 2005
• Colorado in 2002
• Tahoe in 2003
• New Mexico in 2004
• Idaho in 2006

I actually dusted off the roadbike to do one of the single-day routes of the Pan Mass Challenge in 2007.
